Give me a humble heart, O God,

A heart that isn't converened with self

But keeps Your glory in view.

Fill my soul with love, O Lord,

The love that never fails;

The love that shares Your joy and peace

And all that entails.

Give me a made-up mind, O Lord,

A mind that is renewed;

A mind that thinks upon the things

that are lovely, pure and good

O may my praise and worship, Lord,

Ascend to heaven's throne

through daily living the life that pleases

You and You alone
